South China Transfer Limited completed the evaluation of tenders submitted on or before January 23, 2009. Champway Technology Limited was selected as the buyer for Lipofit Grade A and B for a period of 24 calendar months starting from July 23, 2009.

Located at the Ecopark in Tuen Mun, Champway is a manufacturer of biodiesel with an initial designed treatment capacity of 60 metric tonnes per day.
