The entire grease trap waste unloading operation is carried out within a fully enclosed area under negative air pressure. The air will be cleaned by an efficient air scrubbing system prior to discharge to the atmosphere to minimize possible odor impact on the environment.
The wastewater in the grease trap waste will be properly treated according to discharge standards in the wastewater treatment system on-site before discharge to the foul sewer.
